Description
Named for Joe Donelan's eldest daughter, Cuvee Keltie is all about old world style using new world fruit. Cuvée Keltie is fermented predominantly with whole clusters and aged in old, neutral barrels. The final wine is a selection of the finest vineyard parcels, with only the best barrels from each site chosen for the blend.
A dense, powerful wine, the mouthfeel is a result of both patience and selection. Patience comes from nearly two years in barrel which allows for both concentration of flavours but also mellowing of tannin.
An excellent charcuterie wine - a slice of prosciutto di Parma plus a sip of Cuvee Keltie is guaranteed to bring a smile to our faces!
